This is a sports motion analysis tool for reviewing form, timing, and movement development. Bring a video pair from a wide variety of sports, with clear enough visible hand or foot movement captured. TwinReplay’s 2D motion sync automatically lines up the action frame by frame for easy comparison and feedback.
The browser-based tools run locally on your device in modern desktop and mobile browsers. Your video stays on the device for browser-only analysis unless you choose a cloud feature (currently no cloud features in public beta).
Analyze your form at a glance after each capture locally on device. The browser-based workflow works
on modern desktop and mobile browsers. 2D motion sync works with any
video where the relevant hand or foot movement is clearly visible, automatically lining up
motions frame by frame for easy comparison and fast feedback.
This is different from the typical video alignment to a single event where the videos will generally slide out of phase.
Use your own reference, a peer capture,
or another baseline; public beta access does not currently include a library of professional videos.
3D Motion Capture
Closed beta · Available upon request
Accurate pose estimation in 3D with detailed 3D comparison metrics, also automatically synchronized
between video clips. Runs in the cloud after video upload in ca 2 minutes. Currently requires an
invite code, which also gives access to reference videos to use for comparing your captures.
What can I use it for?
Track form progression
How is my form changing over time? Compare captures from different sessions against your own
reference or baseline to see movement changes more clearly.
Check experiments in the field
How can I quickly check whether a form-change experiment is moving in the right direction?
Record, and let the app compare your form at any frame phase in the motion side by side or as a skeleton overlay.
Understand athletic performance
How are brace deceleration, torso rotation, and hand speed affected? Review motion performance
measures alongside aligned video to investigate the changes that matter to your sport.
Explore a set of 9 aligned Disc Golf throws from the same session with performance metrics. Reference capture is a 240 fps recording and last Comparison capture is a 60 fps live in-app recording (only last Comparison video included here).
